Chulu East Peak Climbing (6584 M) lies high above the Manang Valley from where stunning views of Annapurna II, III and IV, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna and many more can be observed. Chulu East Peak Climbing is add on to the Annapurna trekking through the Marshyandi valley, Kali Gandaki Valley and Crossing Thorang La Pass. This trek offers challenging and adventurous trekking around Annapurna peaks with an ascent of a technically straight forward peak.
Chulu East Peak Climbing, you start from Besi Sahar and trailing through Marsyangdi River valley and Pisang Village and trail to Chulu East Base Camp. Getting adequate rest and acclimatized you climb this peak but before brief information and demo is given to you on how to use your equipment. It will certainly boost on their confidence as well as make their excitement level high. This climb involves walking roped together including glacier crossing and anyone with good physical strength and previous climbing experience can perform this task. The North-East Ridge is considered the normal route to climb this peak from a Base Camp on the moraine at 5334m and most climbers make it to the top and back from Base Camp in one long day although some have, in the past, established a higher camp somewhere below the peak. The best time to get involved in this climbing program is from September to December and February to May.

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival
You will be warmly greeted by Well Nepal at your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and escorted to hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek Preparation (1360m)
Today you are going to explore the several cultural and natural sightseeing in this ancient city Pashupatinath, Boudhanah Stupa, Swayambunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After exploring this places you will do preparation for trek. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Bulbule to Jagat (1100 M)
Today you follow your trail through Marshyandi River to Jagat. You will encounter greenery, hills, vistas of mountains like Manaslu, Himchuli Lamjung Himal, Pisang peak and other, rivers, farms and villages. Stay overnight at Jagat.
Day 5: Jagat to Dharapani (1960 M)
Today your journey will be very interesting as we leave Jagat and head to Dharapani. You enter into Manang District and youwill be passing through several rice, barley and potato fields which are very mesmerizing. You will enter village of Kodo and see its lifestyle. Furthermore steep climb from here leads to big village of Manang Valley called as Dharapani. It is a village where Manaslu pass joins and people and their lifestyle is more Tibetan. Stay overnight at Dharapani
Day 6: Dharapani to Chame (2710 M)
You leave Dharapani in morning and follow your trails until you reach Chame. Along the way you enjoy small wooden bridges, landslides, waterfalls, Tamang Villages, apple garden and rests at the administrative headquarter of Manang i.e. Chame. You get access to different hotels, Bank, telephone service and post office. Stay overnight at Chame
Day 7: Chame to Pisang (3300 M)
Early in the morning you leave Chame and head towards Pisang. The trails are steeply and rocky. You pass through several villages like Telukhu and Bharatang, entertained with the dramatic views of Annapurna II and Pisang peak also valley of Himal chuli and Ngadi chuli. The trail climbs through pine forests you reach at Pisang. Stay overnight at Pisang.
Day 8: Pisang to Manang (3500 M)
You will trek above tree line and everyone can feel the oxygen getting thinner. The trail passes through Mani wall which is the largest part of Tibetans style village built with rocks. You will see famous Tilicho Lake, Pisang peak, monasteries and finally you are at the magic land of Manang. In Manang there is good provision of tea houses with food facilities. Stay overnight at Manang
Day 9: Manang to Yak Kharka (4110 M)
Tady you headed to Yak Kharka by crossing through the fields of barley, potato, buckwheat, and climbing half hour to tengi, north Marshyandi valley, and passing through small streams, juniper trees, barberry and meadows of Gunsang Village you arrive at yak Kharka after 5 hr of walking. Stay overnight at Yak Kharka.
Day 10: Yak Kharka to Chulu Base Camp (4200 M)
Today you will follow the trail wending through steep pastures to a convenient hollow where the meadow merges into rock and scree. Then, there appears the base camp. Eyeing high above, spectacular views of Annapurna range stretches as far as our eyes can capture. Stay overnight at Chulu Base Camp.
Day 11: Acclimatization Day
Today you will take proper rest before starting your climb and take information’s from our guides about climbing and gears to be used during trek.
Day 12: Chulu Base camp to Chulu High Base Camp
After getting well acclimatized, you move up to the high camp and there you rest at top the terminal moraine of the Chulu glacier. The trail up to the high camp follows scree and snow slopes. Resting at the high camp, you take a plenty of time to relax and prepare equipment and strategies for the next day. Stay overnight at Chulu High Base Camp.
Day 13: Chulu High Base Camp to Summit (6584 M) and back at Chulu Base Camp
Today you climb up the summit at morning and celebrate our victory on top of it. Its top view offers stunning vistas of the mountains like Annapurna II, III and IV, Gangapurna, Glacier Dome, Dhaulagiri, Tilicho Peak and Mt. Manaslu. Then capturing moments and taking proper rest you trail down to Base camp. Stay overnight at Chulu Base Camp.
Day 14: Chulu Base Camp to Yak Kharka
Follow the same trail to Yak Kharka. Stay overnight at Yak Kharka.
Day 15: Yak Kharka to Thorang Phedi (4600 M)
It can take generally up to 4 hour walk to reach Thorang Phedi from Yak Kharka. We trail east bank of Jorsang Khola, its bridge, and climbing tough up to the dry high Himalayas and then through steeply rocky path down. Stay overnight at Thorang Phedi.
Day 16: Thorang Phedi to Thorang la Pass (5416 M) to Muktinath (3800 M)
Today is your big day and big trek is ahead of us. The climax of this trek is to be conquered today. You start your trek with early breakfast and climb rocky trails and then follow icy slippery trails we are at amazing Thorang La Pass (5416 M) which will be your life time experience. Beautiful Vistas of mountains will certainly astonish you. One can feel headache and cold because of icy cold wind. Then you trail downward to famous pilgrimage temple, Muktinath. This Vishnu temple is regarded as the way to salvation. You enjoy this Hindu and Buddhist temple. Stay overnight at Muktinath.
Day 17: Muktinath to Jomsom (2760 M) to Pokhara
At morning you will visit Muktinath Temple without any breakfast. In Nepal, it is believed that one should not eat before visiting temple means you worship temple being pure. This is famous pilgrimage site for all Hindus and Buddhists all around the world and disciples from India, Tibet and Bhutan visit here every year. After rituals at temple, you will have your breakfast and trail down to Jomsom. Along the way you will experience amazing ruined village called Jarkot, Kali Gandaki Valley and 500 Years old Gompa. Then you fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom. You will be enjoying Pokhara and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 18: Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Today you will enjoy Pokhara at its best and comfort yourself with shopping and entertainments, foods and so on and recall what you have achieved from that trek, those beautiful natures, kind peoples and their lifestyle, different cultures and many more. So, around 3 pm you will depart to Kathmandu. Stay overnight at hotel.
